A team is an idea
What we call a team is nothing more than an idea. For a team to exist, team members must believe that it does. In this way, a team is a collection of individual ideas coalescing around a shared understanding of a form.
Ideas can change and so too can the form of a team. One day you have a fully functioning team, the next you have collected chaos, all from the shifting of ideas.
A team is an idea and therefore solutions and problems are based in the construction of meaning. Meaning is constructed through conversation.
If you change the conversation, you change the team.
